Replacement Within 24 Hours

Our trade account is open to builders, tilers, plumbers, bathroom fitters, interior designers, architects, property developers, and other trade professionals. Whether you're a sole trader or a large contractor, we'd love to work with you.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt and promptly reporting any damage or defects within the 24-hour timeframe. Tile House Ltd cannot accept liability for damaged or defective goods reported after this period.

Precautionary Measure

We strongly advise customers to dry lay their tiles before installation. This step allows for the identification of any batch differences or discrepancies. Once tiles are fixed in place, Tile House cannot be held responsible for such issues.

Once tiles have been installed, Tile House Ltd does not offer refunds or replacements. Customers must ensure satisfaction before proceeding with installation.
